Antiracism training for the workplace and practitioners

To become an Antiracist, we have to be taught. Just like we cannot have fully trained doctors if we do not teach them, we cannot have a society of antiracist if we do not teach people to be antiracist. This course for practitioners draws on and teaches the theoretical and cultural sensitivity required to effectively manage difference in the workplace. This course is a combination of six workshops and a bonus session on developing race consciousness. These workshops can be provided for businesses as a mini-series of three of standalone workshops within your organisation. These workshops were developed from over 14 years experience of working with and interviewing workers from migrant descent and people on the margins in society about what will make them feel accepted and integrated in the workplace.
